Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Items must be in resellable condition, free from dirt, damage, or signs of wear.
- Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Certain products such as intimate gear, custom-made items, and promotional giveaways are not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
How to Request a Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Time Frame for Returns
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
- Items returned beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of replacement product, depending on your preference.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full replacement at no additional charge.
